Distinctly Uniformed Crowd Controllers monitor crowd/patron behavior, check legal age, monitor patron entry points to venues based on criteria such as; intoxication, aggressive behavior, or other standards. The term "Bouncer" reflects attitudes of past, our personnel are trained to communicate verbally which may otherwise become a physical event. However should a situation arise our staff have the ability to use "open handed" techniques to restrain and evict patrons. Crowd Controllers are also used in a "Public Relations" role as they can be the first point of contact for patrons and customers.

All our crowd controllers have the following:

• Police approved security licence
• Senior first aid certificate
• Trained in customer service
• On the job "verbal judo" and conflict resolution training
• Basic fire fighting and extinguisher training
